Great location, close to restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The hotel had a charming atmosphere, with beautiful gardens and a small pool where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The room we stayed in was quite small, with limited storage space for our belongings. The bed was uncomfortable, with a sagging mattress and old pillows.

They overcharged us on the taxi they sent to pick us up from the airport. Do not use their affiliated taxi driver and just hail a cab on the street for a fraction of the price.

Basadre suites was excellent value for money and right by huaca huallamarca. We strongly recommend the hotel. Nice to have a swimming pool...

The rooms here are quiet, and the breakfast is excellent; there are also great restaurant choices nearby, such as Delphos Bistro, just a 5-minute walk away, and it's located next to huaca huallamarca.

Very accomodating staff. We arrived at 8am, well before check in, but they held our bags and let us sit down and have the complimentary breakfast. Gave us some interesting sites to wander to in the area and were generally very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, no real complaints.

The building is cool and the staff were quite friendly. It was our first night in Lima and we'd travelled for a long time so the room was very welcome. Breakfast was good.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier and welcoming, although we did arrive quite late in the day. The room was at the front so was a little noisy and it was a bit dingy but clean. We couldn't open the curtains?!?! The shower flooded when we used it so we had to be careful stepping out! Not very good value compared to all the other hotels we stayed in Peru.

I liked the fact that it was small, yet it was a hotel. it is like a big house with lots of rooms. meals from the restaurant were very good. I felt safe and secure. the hotel is located in a very good zone in lima and close to banks, grocery stores, and at night it is safe to walk around. there are police guard houses in every corner with on duly officers 24 hours a day. this made me feel safe walking to the grocery store at night.

I felt that the actual room itselft needs to me nicer. there were no dresser to put clothes in. other wise a very good place to stay for a fair price.

My wife and I used Basrada Suites Hotel for overnight stops to and from trips to Equador. The location was quiet and we were able to find places to shop for our needs. Staff were very helpful and were able to provide advice on taxi availability to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained and, despite being on a busy road, we did not experience any traffic noises. We would stay in this hotel on future visits (should we journey to Lima again).

We enjoyed the free breakfast and the beautiful pool. the hotel was also in a great area for exploring the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The room smelled musty and outdated. the staff was not very accommodating when we requested extra towels and pillows.
